Christmas Delivery Dates

As the holiday season approaches, we understand the importance of timely delivery to ensure your cherished gifts arrive in time for Christmas. To provide you with the utmost convenience and peace of mind, we have established our Christmas delivery dates cut off. Please take note of the following dates to ensure a seamless and magical experience:

Please note that these dates DO NOT include pre orders as the turnaround time will overtake the cut off. We suggest purchasing pre orders by the end of November for International and at least the end of the first week of December for UK to ensure they arrive on time for Christmas.

International Orders (including Ireland):

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order no later than the 11th of December. We will swiftly process and ship your order using a tracked service provided by Royal Mail. This will ensure your package arrives at your doorstep in a timely manner, allowing you to embrace the joy of the season.

UK Orders (excluding Ireland):

For our customers within the UK, the cut off date is the 18th of December. This will enable you to make those last minute additions to your collection or surprise your loved ones with a truly enchanting gift. Rest assured, your order will be swiftly processed and shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, ensuring a delightful delivery experience.

Although we aim to process orders up to 3 days after they have been placed, this may take slightly longer as more orders come in but rest assured we are working tirelessly to ensure your orders are shipped in time. Furthermore please take note that there may be delivery delays with couriers which is out of our control.
