Placing An Order With Us

Take a look through our available products and add items that you are interested in into your bag by clicking "bring me home" on the product page. Once you are finished, click on the bag symbol where you can view or remove items. When you have finalised what you will be purchasing, click on checkout or any of the available payment options. Depending on what you have chosen, fill in your details that it asks for along with your credit/debit card details and click on "review order" and it will show you what you are purchasing along with the details you entered to ensure it is all correct. Finally click "place order" which will then charge your payment method, take you to the confirmation page and automatically send you a confirmation email of your order.

Delivery

For the UK (excluding Ireland) shipping is around £5/£10 but this is calculated at checkout based on what products you are purchasing. International delivery is more costly with an average of $30 depending on where you live and what you are ordering. Again, this is calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may occur as the package travels overseas and the border forces do their checks. 

All of our products are sent using a tracked service (Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK and International Tracked 5-7 days for everywhere else) to ensure the safe arrival of your order and confirmation that you have received it. Although we always send our products using the fastest delivery service, we cannot always guarantee that delivery will be within the given timeframe and we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. However, returns costs are the responsibitlity of the customer and we suggest using a tracked service to ensure we receive the package back safely. Please note that returns costs will not be refunded once we receive the package back and for international orders, the postage cost used when we originally sent your order will not be refunded. 

You must contact us first before returning anything back to us so we can confirm it is within the 14 day return window. We expect to receive your order back in its original packaging (this includes tags and packets) with all products inside that you have requested a return for and no damage to any product. Failure to do so could result in a delay of your refund, a partial refund or no refund at all. 

An order that is sent back to us due to being unclaimed will have a 30 day claim on them once we receive them back. We will contact the customer on multiple occasions to let them know that we have received their order back with us due to a delivery attempt with no answer or failure to pay a customs charge. Once we receive a reply, we will either get the package sent back out once a new delivery charge has been paid for or process a refund. If we do not get a reply and the 30 day claim has expired, a refund or a replacement is not applicable.

Privacy.

We can ensure you that your personal details are safe when shopping with us. Your details are only used when dispatching your order and are shared with Royal Mail during this process. We do not have access to your card details and this is also not shared with any third party services. You have the right to request deletion of any or all of your details.

Cancelling an order.

We cannot cancel an order that has already been dispatched and is on its way to you. If we have already packed your order and prepared it for shipment we will only ask if you are sure you would still like to go ahead and cancel, you will not be charged a fee for cancellation.
