Customs Duty, VAT & Handling Fees

This mainly applies to EU customers.

It has come to our attention that quite a few of our overseas customers are being hit with duties/tax to either release their items from customs or to have their items delivered from their local post office. Whilst we understand that this can be frustrating after paying a lot of money for our products, we regret to inform you that there is not much we can do about this.

Due to brexit (the UK leaving the EU) customs duty, VAT and handling fees have risen and rules have changed. This of course is not our fault and by law, we as the seller/retailer are not responsible to pay these fees for the customer. However, if you place an order under £135 without shipping, there is a less likely chance of you receiving a customs charge as the duty is charged for goods worth over £135. We would also like to make our customers aware that we in no way shape or form get given this money and we are not trying to get more money out of you.

Furthermore, once you pay for your items we use the money you have paid for shipping straight away to send your package so we don’t keep this money or profit from it. We understand completely that not knowing if you will get a customs charge or how much it’s going to be is worrying but we ask our customers to please keep all of this in mind whilst you are thinking about making an order. The only thing on our end that we can do is put the correct information on the customs declaration and pay for the shipping charge.

Thank you for understanding and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
