Política de reembolso
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return for a refund/exchange/replacement.
Change of mind - To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging. Any seals must not be tampered with or broken.
Damaged or faulty items - We do not expect these items to be in sealed packaging but we do expect the item to be sent back in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@loulaslittlenursery.co.uk. You’ll also need the email confirmation and your order number as proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will incur delays in processing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by us once we receive your return. International customers will not be refunded the original shipping cost paid upon purchase. UK customers will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages reported after 72 hours since the delivery of the order will not be taken into consideration.
Missing packages - delivered & not received
You have 48 hours after your order shows as delivered to report it missing or not received. Any reports after such time will not be taken into consideration. If your parcel is missing, please contact the police by visiting their website and reporting a stolen package. They will then give you a crime number which you can pass over to us and we can pass over to the delivery company so they can reimburse us and we will be able to refund you or replace your items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if we have any queries. If not, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
